NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Business Analyst (Pharmacy/Prescription/Healthcare Applications) - Frankfort, KY to join our team in Frankfort, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).



We are currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience supporting large scale Healthcare, Pharmacy and/or Prescription drug monitoring applications.


Primary Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

·        Lead or participate in requirements gathering/JAD sessions; working closely with Project Manager(s), SME's, Vendor and Business Users

·        Define and document requirements and use cases

·        Troubleshooting application and/or interfaces as problems arise.

·        Troubleshooting report issues.

·        Working with user community and vendors to meet implementation timeline.

·        Support application/project go-live.

·        Facilitating business/functional requirement review, approval, and sign-off sessions.


Basic Qualifications:

·        3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst


Additional Required Skills:

·        Proficient in Microsoft Product Suites (Word, Excel, and Visio)

·        Experience defining business problems, gathering and documenting requirements, determining business solutions and verifying solutions meet requirements

·        Strong understanding of SDLC methodology

·        Ability to handle extreme workloads with general direction

·        Relationship management and facilitation skills

·        Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

·        Proficient problem solving skills

·        Strong decision making ability

·        Must be adaptable to change in a fast paced environment

·        Must be detail-oriented

·        Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in conjunction with team members


Preferred Qualifications:

·        Working knowledge of KY All Schedule Prescription Electronic Reporting (KASPER)

·        Strong understanding of Prescription Drug Monitoring Programs (PDMP)

·        Ability to understand and communicate from both a business and technical perspective

·        Experience working in a Business Analyst position for a large scale IT system
