We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist - Lexington & Frankfort to join our team in Frankfort, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).

We are seeking an experience Desktop Support Technician for a regular, full time position in Lexington & Frankfort, KY.

Candidates should have the ability to take ownership, possess patience and be an analytical problem solver.   They should also be a self-starter with a pleasant demeanor with the proven ability to simplify technology issues to non-technical end users.  In addition, candidates need multi-tasking ability and strong documentation skills, in order to record clear and concise notes.

      Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years IT experience as a Desktop Technician with experience providing IT support duties utilizing extensive troubleshooting skills.
• 2+ years’ experience with Desktop Support (Onsite and remote)
• 2+ years’ experience with Windows 7 and 10 Operating Systems and MS Office Suite (including Outlook 2013 or higher)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Active Directory (our most used tool)
• Experience with ticket tracking tools
• Experience with remote support or desktop support

• Entry level networking experience
• General Server/NAS knowledge
• Application knowledge (Adobe, Java, etc.)
• ITIL experience/familiarity preferred
