NTT DATA Services is currently looking for a Senior Client Executive (f/m/d) IT Services for our growing team in Germany.

 

Role responsibilities

  • Primary owner of the client relationship, responsible for using all corporate resources to maximize the solutions that NTT DATA provides
  • Managing a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Opening of new buying centers and positioning of NTTD key solution offerings
  • Support of expansion & extension Sales initiatives 
  • Sales collaboration with other OpCos in OneNTT holistic Sales approach 
  • Leads an organization in a matrix managed environment to deliver all initiatives within a client engagement
  • Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of client engagement(s) to include business consulting, strategic planning, growth, direction, marketing, sales, delivery, and profit and loss
  • Manages client financials based upon business objectives and service level agreements while meeting revenue goals
  • Collaborates with Delivery Leaders who manage and coordinate tasks and resources to ensure that client needs and contract requirements are satisfied
  • Responsible for providing appropriate deliverables to meet client needs
  • Provides direction and guidance for operations, administration and results for a major department or multiple departments within a function or work area
  • Establishes operational objectives for managers and/or teams of professionals across assigned areas
  • Knows the client's marketplace, competitive landscape, and financial and business drivers
  • Knows NTT DATA’s suite of offerings and collaborates with Consulting, Account Executive and other Sales Executives to formulate client solutions that link multiple NTT DATA business capabilities to a client’s strategic direction.

  • Applies an extremely deep understanding of Business, financials, service offerings, the market, and the needs / challenges of assigned accounts
  • Understands and applies long-term vision of business/ technology direction for NTT DATA
  • Profound knowledge in Client relations of IT services solutions
  • Analyzes long-term impact of new or anticipated sales strategies
  • Creates superior relationships with executive level executives and influential stakeholders
  • Demonstrates boardroom / executive presence
  • Accounts serviced are multinational and global requiring a high degree of internal NTT DATA coordination and collaboration
  • Manages clients of critical importance to NTT DATA
  • Primary contact at CEO, CIO and CTO level decision makers
  • Expert industry and service solution knowledge
  • Expert understanding of client’s decision making process, goals, objectives and strategies
  • Expert business and financial acumen
  • Expert ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions
  • Expert presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
