Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Manages a small field support team.
  • Sets strategy, goals, and metrics for field repair and maintenance.
  • Manages and drives deployment & sustaining field operations, including escalations and expedites.
  • Coordinates field technical training and service readiness for new products, sustained programs, and special projects.
  • Develops and implements process improvements to field operations, including tool implementation.
  • Represents field services to customers, sales and segment teams, logistics, and technical support organizations.
  • Manages process controls and standardization.
  • Oversees functional repair for In-Warranty and Out-of-Warranty screening and repair.
  • Negotiates Master Service Agreements with suppliers and negotiates all conditions as they pertain to pricing, logistics, quality, payment terms, warranty terms and conditions, packaging, inventory control, export processes and metric reporting. Responsible for performance of vendors and cost control
  • Requires hands-on knowledge in service delivery, help desk support, desk side support, knowledge management, and systems integration.
  • Identifying potential risk / resolution approaches for targeted Client tasks / deployments
  • Conduct periodic Managed Client Onsite Training to FS Field Team
  • Prepares documentation to record and track issue resolutions.
  • Travel is almost exclusively in their local market/state.

Basic Qualifications:

- 7+ years hands-on experience in service delivery, help desk support, desk side support, knowledge management, and systems integration

- 3+ years managerial/leadership experience including:

- Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships

- Experience leading process and service improvement programs



NTT Data Field Delivery Manager will support the successful execution of managed client services for a Toll Brothers. These services include: IMAC, Break Fix, Desk Side Support, etc.  This role is responsible for directing all components of field service Desk Side Service Support. The incumbent will direct the coordination of technical and administrative support activities including installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and engineering change upgrades.  Ensures adequate records and systems are maintained.  Schedule personnel responding to critical situations.  Maintains communication with solution management and specialists in resolving technical problems and/or bringing problems to the design department’s attention. The Delivery Manager will oversee a small field support team or a team with limited field delivery scope.
