We are currently seeking a Agilist Senior Specialist to join our team in GDL, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide, coach, and train teams in Scrum methodologies and Agile principles.
• Assist teams in driving continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate within and outside of the team to facilitate backlog completion.
• Support the team in identifying and adding appropriate stories to the backlog.
• Proactively identify impediments and resolve them through peer networks (Scrum of Scrums) or formal escalation channels.
• Manage and oversee multiple simultaneous fast-paced projects involving distributed teams.
• Coordinate release plans, communication strategies, and risk and issue management plans (in collaboration with Product Owners).
• Assist Product Owners in managing team scope and facilitating scope changes.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including:
• Ensure timely and complete documentation, tracking, and reporting of key metrics using Scrum and Agile practices, including:

• • User stories
  • Project progress
  • Resource utilization
  • Change requests
  • Issues and risks
  • Risk mitigation plans
  • Test scripts and results
• Support delivery teams in meeting project timelines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Exposure to scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
• Background in software development or QA.
