Sr. Business Analyst - Skills Required

 
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying issues and developing effective solutions. 
 
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with stakeholders and technical teams. 
 
Technical Skills:
BAs should have a good understanding of technology and how it can be applied to solve business problems. 
 
Stakeholder Management:
The ability to effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders is important. 
 
Business Acumen:
A solid understanding of business principles, processes, and strategies is necessary. 
 
Requirements Elicitation:
Proficiency in eliciting and documenting requirements, using various techniques like interviews, workshops, and surveys.
