Responsibilities –
- Prepare/upgrade training content as per the training objectives
- Conduct training sessions – virtual or in-person
- Observe and evaluate performance of the participants
- Summarize and share the training reports as per the process
- Deliver all tasks assigned by the manager as per agreed schedule
- Leverage all learning resources available (CATALYS/Percipio/others)
- Keep learning and upgrading skills to contribute effectively towards training
