We are currently seeking a Business Architect to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

AI & Knowledge Engineer – Business Architecture
We are seeking an AI & Knowledge Engineer to join our Business and Strategic Enterprise Architecture practice as a peer to the Business Architects. This is not simply a development role; the candidate must combine strong AI engineering capability with architectural thinking, curiosity, stakeholder orientation, and the aptitude to build meaningful Business Architecture domain knowledge.
•
Design and build an MCP server, APIs, and services providing governed access to the Bizzdesign Business Architecture repository and related enterprise data.
•
Develop AI agents, agentic workflows, chatbot capabilities, and reusable AI services that improve Business Architecture productivity and stakeholder value.
•
Implement advanced knowledge patterns including RAG, vector databases, structured retrieval, provenance, and hybrid retrieval, reducing reliance on manually attached files.
•
Bring strong hands-on capability across LLMs, agent frameworks, MCP, APIs, Python/software engineering, data integration, security, testing, evaluation, and observability.
•
Develop sufficient knowledge of BIZBOK and Business Architecture concepts, including capabilities, value streams, information, strategy, initiatives, organization, and application relationships.

Act as a thought partner to Business Architects, identifying where AI, automation, and knowledge engineering can improve methodology, analytical depth, velocity, consistency, and stakeholder outcomes.
•
Translate Business Architecture use cases into scalable, reusable AI-enabled solutions, rather than one-off proofs of concept.
•
Demonstrate strong systems thinking and architectural aptitude, including the ability to understand complex information models, governance, ownership, security boundaries, and integration patterns.
•
Collaborate effectively with Business Architecture, AI/platform, data, security, and technology teams.
•
Demonstrate strong learning agility, communication, and stakeholder skills, with the aptitude and desire to span engineering, architecture, knowledge management, and practice innovation—not operate solely as a developer.
