We are currently seeking a Business Sys. Analysis Advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

The Digital Supply Chain Quality Product team is looking for a Technical Product Owner for the EPIC Intake application to assist in leading the team in the day-to-day development and operations activities. This role will work with an existing business and technical teams on defining and prioritizing the work needed to expand and maintain the features and functions of the EPIC Intake application (built using the SaaS application Nintex Workflow).

Formulates and defines project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.

Responsible for understanding the technology, business processes and opportunities in the context of the technical and business requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. This includes partnering with stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, document and validate requirements for changes to business processes, revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary, policies and information systems as well as ensuring testing requirements are met and documenting business requirements.

Competent to work on most phases of development, but may require some instruction and guidance in other phases.

Specializations within this family include (but are not limited to): SAP/ERP, Functional, Global Business Office, Tools, Disaster Recovery, Metrics Communication, and Methodology.

Education/Work Experience: Typically requires a degree and 2-4 years experience; or no degree and 6-10 years combined education and equivalent work experience (typically 1 year experience = 1 year education).

Independence Level/Reports to: Works under limited supervision on assigned tasks or portions of projects to determine and develop approach to meet desired objectives. May lead projects/research with limited scope and complexity. Normally reports to Manager.

This position will collaborate daily and extensively with business partners globally.  This position will have a variety of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):

• Owning the process of capturing and managing Enhancements / Bugs in Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
• Facilitating daily scrum / check-in calls with the technical team.
• Ensuring implementation of & adherence to Definition of Ready / Definition of Done standards for technical work.
• Integrating PI Planning standards and practices to enable team to be incorporated into Ecolab Digital Supply Chain Agile Release Train (ART) and to implement associated capacity-based Agile methodologies.

Formalizing documentation of configured/customized functionality and aligning with Ecolab’s DevSecOps team and the technical team on best practices for SaaS applications.
