Job Description: Senior Full Stack Developer (8+ Years Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, and a passion for building scalable, cloud‑native applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing solutions that support critical business initiatives.

As a senior engineer, you’ll influence technical direction, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, ownership, and a drive to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of full‑stack applications using Angular, Node.js, and PostgreSQL

• Architect and implement cloud‑native solutions leveraging AWS services

• Build scalable APIs, microservices, and integration layers

• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security

• Collaborate with product, architecture, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality solutions

• Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and promote engineering best practices

• Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and drive root‑cause analysis

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and standards

Required Skills

Candidates must have strong, hands‑on experience with the following:

Frontend

• Advanced proficiency with Angular

• Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, and UI performance

Backend

• Deep experience with Node.js and modern frameworks (Express, NestJS, etc.)

• Proven ability to design and build scalable, secure APIs and microservices

Database

• Strong SQL expertise

• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and schema design

Cloud

• Professional experience with AWS, including designing and deploying production workloads

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

These are not required but will significantly strengthen a candidate’s profile:

• SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

• Terragrunt or Terraform for infrastructure as code

• DynamoDB

• AWS AppSync

• GraphQL

• AWS Athena

• AWS Glue

• Experience with ETL pipelines or data engineering concepts
