This AP Analyst Role will be responsible for AP Payments for LATAM

General Activities / Duties: 

• Ensure compliance to month-end/Qtr. End/Year-End activities and adhering to all the timelines.
• Taking care of invoices requests on a timely/basis leaving no scope for fall outs and escalations.
• Timely response of queries to the concerned parties within 24 hours of the receipt of any query.
• Ensure Processing and completing activity assigned with-in SLAs as defined for the activity.
• Main responsible and point of contact for TMF Brazil to review and approve invoice payments.
• Month End Close accounts Reconciliations.
