We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco. Mexico.
Helpdesk Analyst - Full Time
• Requirements:
o Availability to work 45 hours per week
o Interest in working any shift
o Advanced Portuguese and Spanisho Looking to work in IT Environment
o 6 months of experience in Customer Service

• Activities
o General L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
o Advance technical support for in-house applications and developmentso Answer technical support calls providing and escalating to other support groupso Provide support based on email generated requests or reports
o Document troubleshooting steps and detailed description of the customer incidents and
requests
o Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend
solutions to correct failures
