We are currently seeking a IT Triage Analyst III to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Required skills and qualifications

• 4 years of experience
• Experience with Splunk, certification is desired
• Proficiency in Oracle and Quantum Metrics
• Ability to review and analyze requirements to understand how the issue reported should work
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Quantum Metric certification within business or admin paths is highly desired
• Bachelor’s degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Insurance Analysis or related business experience
