Roles and Responsibilities


  • Perform client on-premises and remote assessments and installations.
  • Develops a wide range of client assessment and design deliverables, including written documents as well as detail diagrams.
  • Contribute to the refinement of delivery processes and documentation.
  • Maintain knowledge base by staying current with emerging technologies.
  • Capable of working with minimum supervision in the performance of assigned tasks.
  • Represents the company in a professional manner to customers, industry partners and other personnel always. May be required to support and instruct less experienced co-workers, through classroom training sessions or on-the-job mentoring.
  • Regularly communicates status of project and all applicable customer issues to the Management team.
  • Prepare and submits activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures.
  • Seeks advice or assistance from management and/or manufacturer Technical Support as required during difficult client situations.
  • Ability to work customers time zone.



  • 2+ years of demonstrated SD-WAN technology experience
  • 8+ years of virtual and physical networking technologies.
  • 10+ years designing/architecting and implementing complex WAN, LAN and data center networks.
  • 8+ years with network security principles and solutions, including NGFW, IDS/IPS, device hardening, segmentation solutions, DNS whitelisting, and Internet perimeter security architectures.
  • 2+ years of working knowledge of network functions virtualization (NFV) concepts and technologies.
  • Understanding/experience with VMWare, Hyper-V and general software-defined networking (SDN) concepts and solutions including NSX.
  • Understanding and experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Any network/virtualization certifications a plus.
  • Experience with Voice/Video conferencing/collaboration technologies and solutions a plus



  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • 10+ years of experience in design/architecture and implementation of complex WAN, LAN and data center networks
  • Available to travel frequently to the US (TN Visa preferred)
  • Must hold a university degree and "cedula profesional"
  • Ability to work in our Guadalajara office or remotely
