We are currently seeking a Network Support Analyst to join our team in Mexico

Must have skills:

  • Ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts, as well as knowledge on related network disciplines. – 3 Years of experience
  • Full understanding of WAN/LAN networking including design elements and protocol interoperability.  – 4 Years of experience
  • Strong Knowledge of network operation devices such as routers, switches and access points. – 4 Years of experience.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English language. – 5 Years of experience


Nice to have, but not required:

  • Knowledge of Network Monitoring tools, such as Solarwinds or Entuity. – 2 Years
  • Knowledge and troubleshooting skills to support wireless infrastructure. – 2 Years
  • Knowledge and skills in ITIL Library – 2 Years
  • Customer Service Skills – 4 Years
  • Teamwork, adaptability to changes, self-managed.


Education Requirements

  • Network Engineer, Telecomm Engineer, Electronic Engineer or similar.
  • CCNA Certification Nice to have but not must
