We are currently seeking a Network Support Senior Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

- Provide onsite network support for Guadalajara office
- Work with the rest of the corporate network team to provide backup support for other global corporate sites
- Participate in an on-call rotation with the Americas network support team
- Participate in projects and vulnerability remediation with the corporate network support team
- Perform proactive network capacity analysis and recommend upgrades, refreshes, and additions as needed
- Assist with managing the RTMS ticket queues for corporate network
- Adhere to all required change and incident management procedures
- Enter time into SAP and Replicon weekly, on schedule, and maintain compliance with all required corporate training
- Create/maintain all network diagrams for LAN/WAN topology
- Assist in troubleshooting/resolving escalated incidents related to LAN/WAN network
- Assist in preparation/creation of required RCA documentation
- Willing to work 24/7 on call support in rotational shifts, ready to work on weekends also
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with ability to work well in team environment
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and high pressure situations for outage handling, management or resolution


Basic Qualifications

- 4+ years of IT career experience including network support supporting/managing/configuring Layer 2&3 switching, Layer 3 routing, Cisco routers/switches, network monitoring, documentation, etc.               
- 4+ years of onsite/direct user support experience
- 3+ years of Cisco VoIP support experience (UCCE/PCCE preferred)
- 3+ years of Cisco wireless networking support experience
- ITIL foundation training and experience with ITIL change management and incident management procedures
- Experience with ticketing systems (Remedy/RTMS preferred)
