We are currently seeking a Load Balancer Networking Specialist advisor to join our team in Mexico
Position overview
Maintain the operations of the customer's Load balancer infrastructure to ensure smooth operation of production systems and applications.
The Load balancer Network Engineer will work with a fast-paced global leader in IT Services, helping to ensure our client’s datacenter disruptions are quickly and efficiently resolved. As part of our Network Engineering team, you will be responsible for steady-state support of the customer's network, including all incidents, requests, problem records, and tasks associated with that support as well as design and implement new load balanced solutions for our client’s environment.

Position's General Duties and Tasks:
- Candidates must be able to carry out complex network support duties including:
- Maintain stable operation of the customer's load balanced infrastructure to ensure smooth operation of production systems and applications
- Testing, maintenance, and analysis of all elements of the load balanced facilities on prem and in the cloud
- Maintain SLA metrics.
- Advise on security issues and/or implications to network solutions
- Overcome obstacles and drive work efforts to successful completion, achieving the intended result without any adverse impact to the production environment
- Contribute to projects to improve product support, customer satisfaction and team efficiency
- Develop action plans to investigate and resolve complex issues and clearly communicate these to other engineers, customers and/or relevant managers
- Participate on security vulnerability assessments, analyze risks, workarounds and implement pertinent actions.
Qualifications
Core Skills
- Advance knowledge and working experience with F5, NSX AVI platforms
- Experience with lifecycle of SSL certificate management
- Irule and Data Scripts management and scripting
- Experience working with the AWS cloud
- Advance knowledge of network performance, network administration and troubleshooting techniques.
- IPAM management
- General knowledge of network protocols, hardware and software (including routers, switches, TCP/IP, Ethernet, VPNs, etc.)
- Experience working in IT Outsourcing and Managed services organization
Nice to have skills, but not required:
- Certification for F5 BIG-IP or VMware NSX Advanced Load Balancer (Avi) for Operators certifications
- AWS certifications
- Industry related certifications
Education Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and 8+ years relevant and functional experience with enterprise load balanced environments and cloud systems or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
