NTT DATA Services currently seeks a SAP Supply Chain Execution Functional Support to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).



Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The MM Role applies principles, concepts and techniques of skills in supporting solutions to achieve client satisfaction. Interpersonal skills are a key component of the position as it interacts with company and client managers and identifies additional solutions to incidents in client organization on a daily basis. Performance is typically measured by completion of deliverables, team feedback and/or achieving Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.

Required Skills:

• Qualified candidates must have 2+ years production support experience including offshore/on-shore staffing models with at least 5 years of overall SAP experience
• Experience and deep knowledge in SAP Materials Management with emphasis on Supply Chain Execution operating on the SAP ECC platform.
• Broad based configuration experience including implementations and production support within MM and SAP
• Solid understanding/knowledge of integration points across modules and processes
• Demonstrated track record of delivering results for projects & support teams meeting objectives in a high-performance team oriented environment
• Strong core consulting skills – English communication (oral & written), organization and planning, customer-facing and interpersonal
• Well-developed system problem solving skills having solved complex business problems within or across functional areas in SAP
• Designed and developed functional specifications
• Experience with change management controls and testing needed to progress changes into a production environment
• Ability to learn and participate in SAP Supply Chain Planning monitoring activities – and perform associated corrective actions when failures occur
• Ability to work on a late day schedule/shift (e.g. 3 to 11PM)
• Ability to perform some limited off shift / after hours support activities (e.g. emergency assistance)

Desired Skills:
• Exposure to multiple versions of SAP and other applications that run on the NetWeaver platform
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts and practices.
• Experience with SAP S4/Hana
• Experience with SAP Supply Chain Planning and Advanced Planner & Optimizer functionality.
• Ability to travel once or twice a year to customer facilities in the US.

Minimum Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
