Job Description

A Senior Salesforce Developer architects, designs, and implements high-quality Salesforce systems.
Responsibilities include coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining applications, while ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
 

Responsibilities:

Design, Coding/Programming , develop, test and deploy custom applications using Salesforce
Extend Salesforce capabilities to support various business functions, including custom applications and integrations.
Management of user roles, permissions, profiles, flows, validation rules, and declarative automation.
Leverage of Salesforce AI tools to automate administrative workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Document technical specifications and maintain updated system documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
Contribute to the development of best practices for Salesforce development
Experience in Databricks
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and quality standards
Manage the deployment, release process for Salesforce applications and integrated components , including sandbox and production deployments
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate
Researching and Addressing technical issues, ensuring the platform's stability and performance
 

Qualifications :

Minimum of 8-10+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer in Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
5+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and  Amazon Connect i.e. Salesforce and Amazon Connect ecosystem (application, telephony, routing, AI, and DevOps layers)
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools i.e. Jira
Ability to design and implement complex data models
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Must have Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Certified Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and/or Architect certifications
