We are currently seeking a Security Analyst JR (Remote) to join our team in Mexico (Remote)

NTTData KB Home Security Analyst

As a Security Analyst, you will be tasked with assisting with security related projects and tasks along with end user provisioning including Add/Change/Terminations of user accounts in various applications including Azure Active Directory (AAD), O365, SaaS, Service Now, AS400, Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM, and other applications. You also be tasked with assisting senior security staff with security projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your role also includes privacy compliance and knowledge of best practices as it relates to Cybersecurity. Also, you may be tasked with working with auditors and providing documentation and processes to ensure audit compliance.

Role Responsibilities

• Security projects and tasks
• User entitlement and provisioning
• Must meet provisioning quality standards with minimal error rates and within defined service levels
• Creating support documentation
• Technical writing
• End user support
• Support privacy compliance laws

• Collaborate with other teams to meet assigned tasks and projects
• Working with management and other IT teams to improve and refine our processes and consistency
• Successfully communicating conceptual ideas and rationale

Requirements

• Ability to learn new applications and processes with minimal support and guidance
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Operating Systems, O365 and Azure Cloud Security tools
• Proficiency in working with various platforms and technologies
• Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Must be organized and have an eye for detail

Preferences

• Undergraduate degree and 1+ year relevant experience (or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience) Azure Cloud, Microsoft, Security+, ITIL, CISSP, or other security related certification
• Familiar with Office 365 including word, excel, powerpoint, access, and visio
• Experience with Azure Security, Active Directory, AS400, Windows operating systems, and ServiceNow
• Regulatory knowledge and experience with SOX, HIPAA, CCPA
• Technical writing experience
