We are currently seeking a Senior Lead Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Job Summary 

• Work on client engagements with the project team to understand business/user requirements and deliver customized integration solutions.
• This role is responsible for development, implementation, and support of integrations using the MuleSoft Any point Platform.
• The MuleSoft Developer will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and Project Managers to drive timely delivery, resolve technical issues, and ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on client engagements with the project team to understand user requirements and deliver customized integration solutions.
• Be responsible for development and implementation of MuleSoft-based integration solutions.
• Participate in project requirements meetings (as necessary) with Client and architect.
• Assist the project team with technical aspects of the solution, including time estimates, integration documentation, and data mapping documents.
• Build customized integration solutions utilizing available integrations through MuleSoft.
• Work closely with the development team to implement solutions based on MuleSoft Any point Platform.
• Collaborate with the project management team to communicate technical issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues by analyzing logs and identifying root causes, propose implement corrective actions.

Day-to-Day Job Duties

• Develop and implement solid, scalable, and flexible integration solutions to support clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and interact with customers to identify solutions for project and operational issues.
• Review requirements and translate them into integration designs, APIs, data mappings, and technical documentation.
• Build, test, and deploy Mule applications and APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations in lower and production environments by reviewing logs and platform alerts.
• Support release activities, coordinate technical changes, and provide updates/escalations to the project team.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• MuleSoft Development (3+ years): Experience designing and developing integrations using MuleSoft Any point Platform.
• Integration Development (3+ years): Experience building APIs and system integrations (REST/SOAP, HTTP, JSON, XML).
• Troubleshooting & Support (3+ years): Strong troubleshooting skills, log analysis, and root cause investigation for integration issues.
• Documentation (3+ years): Ability to produce integration documentation, data mapping documents, and technical estimates.
• Collaboration (3+ years): Experience working with cross-functional teams (PMs, architects, developers) and communicating technical issues clearly.
• Experience in Atlassian tools/ Azure (Good to have)

Education bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Travel (Yes): Travel to Mexico required.
