We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, self‑driven Full Stack Developer who thrives in fast‑paced environments and loves building modern, scalable applications. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle—designing, building, deploying, and optimizing applications that power real business impact. This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants to push boundaries and bring energy, curiosity, and craftsmanship to every project.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain full‑stack applications using Angular, Node.js, and PostgreSQL

• Design and deploy cloud‑native solutions on AWS

• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and event‑driven components

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (architecture, DevOps, QA, product)

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability

• Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning

• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement

Must‑Have Skills (Core Requirements)

Experience Level: 6–8 years

Frontend

• Strong experience with Angular (modern versions)

• Solid understanding of responsive UI, component‑based architecture, and state management

Backend

• Expertise in Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks)

• Experience building scalable APIs and microservices

Database

• Strong SQL skills

• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL

Cloud

• Professional experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.)

 Nice‑to‑Have Skills (Bonus Points)

Not required, but highly valuable:

• SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

• Terragrunt or Terraform for IaC

• DynamoDB

• AWS AppSync

• GraphQL

• AWS Athena

• AWS Glue

• Experience with ETL pipelines or data engineering concepts
