We are currently seeking a Software Qlty Assurance Sr. Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

QA Assurance Job Descriptions

Expertise in designing and executing test strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software products.

Core Technical Skills

Manual and automated testing, defect management, and cross-functional collaboration. Adept at improving product quality, optimizing testing processes, and ensuring seamless user experiences through rigorous validation and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

1) Manual & Functional Testing -  Test case design, execution, and optimization, Functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and user acceptance testing (UAT),  Defect identification, root cause analysis, and defect lifecycle management

4) Creating and maintaining test documentation (test plans, test scripts, test reports)

5) Strong understanding of automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)

6) Scripting with Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#

7) Building reusable and scalable automation suites

8) CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps)

Nice to Have

1) Software engineering  - SQL, Python, ETL, ELT tools proficiency, Java, C++ .

2) Database Platforms RDBMS - PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle & No SQL - MongoDB, Neo4j.

3) API development.

4) Experience with multi-source pipelines.

5) Data warehousing &  data quality.
