We are currently seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional to serve as a Delivery Manager, stepping in to cover all key responsibilities as needed. This position demands a combination of project management expertise, technical leadership, and strong client interaction abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project delivery, upholding technical excellence, and serving as the main liaison between the delivery team and the client whenever the Delivery Manager is unavailable

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Coordination
-------------------------------------------
Oversee day-to-day project delivery to ensure milestones, timelines, and quality standards are met.Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and project retrospectives using Agile methodologies.
Utilize Planview Portfolio, ProjectPlace, and AgilePlace for project tracking, reporting, and status updates.

Technical Oversight
----------------------------
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.Collaborate with technical leads and developers to resolve technical challenges and escalate issues as necessary.
Ensure technical documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

Client Communication

Serve as the main point of contact for client queries, updates, and escalations.Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Manage client expectations and ensure alignment between client requirements and project deliverables.

Team Leadership
-------------------------
Motivate and guide the delivery team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Address resource or process bottlenecks proactively.
Support team members with problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Process & Tools Management
-----------------------------------------
Champion the use of Planview Portfolio, ProjectPlace, and AgilePlace for project and portfolio management.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in delivery and technical operations.

Key Skills & Experience:

MBA is a must.8-10 years of proven experience in IT project delivery and management.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in code review and software development practices.
Proficient with Planview Portfolio, ProjectPlace, AgilePlace, or similar project management tools.
Sound understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams is a plus.
