Functional Role (Job Description)

An Individual is responsible for procurement process, run RFx for supplier selection and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Individuals should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of procurement best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Education Background
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting or related field.
  • MBA in supply chain

 

  

Work Experience
  • Must have 4 - 7 years of experience in procurement
  • Prior experience in PR to PO processes in S4HANA and SAP tool
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Experience with DACH suppliers

 

  

Key Responsibilities
  • Run RFx for the purchase of good and services
  • Procurement Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, like Quotes evaluation
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including finance and operations, to ensure procurement needs are met and requests are executed effectively.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present procurement reports to procurement management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Manages the process related SLAs and KPIs
  • To report any non-compliance issues to the Manager so that precautionary measures can be put in place.
  • Proactive resolution of any foreseen issues that can impact the KPIs
