We are currently seeking a General & Op Acctng. Sr.Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

  Functional Role (Job Description)	The OtC Associate supports the Order-to-Cash processes for the DACH region, ensuring the timely and accurate validation, creation, and processing of customer orders and related documents in SAP. The role requires high precision, process discipline, and strong focus on data quality.

  Education Background	Bachelor’s in commerce or finance	Post-Graduation in commerce or MBA/PGDM Finance
  Work Experience	4 - 6 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash Well versed with MS Office especially with advance MS Excel and MS PowerPoint	Proficiency in SAP GUI highly preferred Prior experience around understanding of German documents and emails using translation tools
  Key Responsibilities	Validate documents and contracts during opportunity approval. Adjust order values in SAP and prepare data sheets for new order creation. Create and maintain customer master data in SAP. Review attachments of invoice requests in SAP. Clear open items and ensure accurate postings in SAP. Required Skills and Attributes   Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability. Ability to work with high concentration and minimal errors in repetitive tasks. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Experience working in SAP GUI, especially in SD or FI modules. Service-oriented attitude, structured approach, and accountability. Ability to follow clearly defined process documentation and compliance standards.
