Role Overview

  • Respond to employee inquiries via email, chat, calls.
  • Resolve employee issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of employee interactions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while handling employee queries.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Provide consistent and reliable information to employees.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • To perform HR/related activities on various systems (Successfactors, SAP etc.), primarily pertaining to the employee life cycle (from Hire to Retire)
  • To process the various HR transactions as per the laid guidelines/SOP
  • To manage the HR tickets in ESC tool
  • To perform tasks within the turnaround time and be able to multitask on a day-to-day basis

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills.

Preferences

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
