We are currently seeking a SAP Ariba Business Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).

Role Overview
The SAP Ariba Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring SAP Ariba solutions, and supporting procurement and sourcing processes. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to implement and optimize SAP Ariba modules.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement and sourcing.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
Configure and support SAP Ariba modules such as:
  1)Ariba Sourcing
  2)Ariba Buying & Invoicing
  3)Ariba Contracts
  4)Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
  5)Ariba Catalog Management
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions.
Support integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4HANA.
Coordinate with technical teams for CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) setup and testing.
Perform system testing (SIT/UAT), defect management, and user training.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Prepare documentation including BRD, FRD, test cases, and process flows.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Hands-on experience with at least 1–2 SAP Ariba modules.
Experience with SAP integration (ECC/S4HANA) via CIG.
Understanding of procurement processes, supplier onboarding, and contract lifecycle management.
Ability to write functional specifications and work with technical teams.
Experience in UAT coordination and business stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP Ariba certification.
Experience in global rollout projects.
Knowledge of APIs, IDOCs, and integration concepts.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
