The Impact You'll Make

As an Executive Hiring Research Assistant, you will be the intelligence engine behind our global leadership recruitment efforts. Your research will help identify, map, and engage top-tier executive talent across industries and geographies. You’ll work closely with senior recruiters, hiring leaders, and HR business partners, providing insights that shape hiring strategies for some of the most critical leadership roles in the organization.

This role is designed for campus recruitment candidates who are eager to learn the art and science of executive search. You will gain hands-on experience in understanding global talent markets, leadership assessment, and the strategic decision-making process behind high-stakes hiring. Your work will directly influence how we approach leadership hiring, from building diverse talent pipelines to advising on market trends that impact our business strategy.

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team in Gurugram, India (IN).

 

What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-depth market mapping to identify potential executive candidates across global regions, industries, and functions.
  • Research target companies, leadership structures, and industry trends to support search strategies and talent intelligence reports.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive talent databases, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Prepare candidate briefs that summarize professional backgrounds, leadership achievements, and potential fit for specific roles.
  • Develop competitive intelligence reports that highlight market shifts, competitor leadership moves, and emerging talent pools.
  • Collaborate with the global executive hiring team to refine search criteria, outreach strategies, and diversity hiring approaches.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support special projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, leadership succession planning, and emerging market talent strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums to contribute to fresh perspectives.

 

 What You'll Bring

  • A recent graduate or final-year student with a strong academic record in Business, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, International Relations, or related fields.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills—comfortable navigating LinkedIn Recruiter, industry reports, organizational charts, and other talent intelligence tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
  • Curiosity about leadership, organizational structures, and global business trends, with a willingness to explore unfamiliar industries.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn from experienced global recruiters and researchers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with colleagues and candidates from diverse backgrounds.
