BPO Business Support Senior Analyst

Develop functional specifications and business cases for new initiatives
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure solutions meet business requirements
Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops with stakeholders
Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps, user stories, and test cases
Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems and processes
