BPO Business Support Senior Specialist

Supports the TS delivery teams by ensuring that there are adequate and competent resources available to deliver on all clients’ expectations and contracts. 

Identifies and assigns resources to multiple projects using internal and external resources. 

Contributes to achieving utilization team targets by assisting with the maintenance of resource schedules. 

Helps with ensuring demand fulfilment and efficiency gains through effective interaction with internal stakeholders. 

Helps wia conflicts and escalations in accordance with project and business priorities. Including hosting a twice a call with the Technical Team Managers. 

Maintains utilization, and realization information, ensuring accuracy and timeous communication to the relevant project for consideration in project plans. 

Works closely with project teams to resolve resource-related issues that may impact SLAs.
