We are currently seeking a Data Analyst - Tableau to join our team in Gurugram, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).

Job Duties: Description of project / programme - The programme aims to deliver advanced data visualization and reporting capabilities to support strategic decision-making. It focuses on building interactive Tableau dashboards integrated with Snowflake/SQL data sources, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable insights for business stakeholder

What the contractor is going to do:
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports integrated with Snowflake/SQL based data sources.
- Optimize existing dashboards for performance and usability.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Tableau solutions.

Minimum Skills Required: Technical Skills

Tableau: Advanced development skills, including calculated fields, parameters, LOD expressions, and dashboard optimization.
SQL: ability to write complex queries, joins, and performance tuning.
Snowflake (good to have): Experience in querying and integrating Snowflake data sources.
Amazon QuickSight / QuickSuite: Experience designing and developing interactive dashboards, and optimizing visuals for scalable enterprise reporting
Data Modeling: Understanding of relational and dimensional models.
Performance Optimization: Ability to troubleshoot and improve dashboard performance.
Non-Technical Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders and translate requirements.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
Experience

Experience with delivering enterprise-level Tableau dashboards.
Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms.
Previous experience in financial or data analytics projects is a plus.
