Roles and Responsibility:

• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances from budget or forecast, and areas for improvement.
• Preparation and monitoring of AOP
• Monthly and Annual Variance analysis against AOP
• Good understanding of forecasting and accounting analysis.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Provide timely and insightful recommendations to senior management on strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Good in Accounting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, FPA (Financial Planning & Analysis), and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel Skills
• Ability to work independently and under high pressure
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• A team player who can work well with all levels
