We are currently seeking a Project Management to join our team in Gurugram, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to lead and manage projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong professional skills in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, governance, and effective communication. Familiarity with Planview or similar project portfolio management tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution using Agile and other relevant methodologies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across teams.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and promote collaborative problem-solving.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project teams.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and compliance standards.
• Conduct effective meetings with clear agendas, outcomes, and follow-ups.
• Maintain professional email communication and etiquette.
• Track project progress, risks, and issues; escalate as needed.
• Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Utilize Planview (or similar tools) for project planning, tracking, and reporting (preferred).

Job Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and team facilitation.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of governance and compliance in project environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional email and meeting etiquette.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Working knowledge of Planview or similar project portfolio management tools.
• Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) or PMP is a plus.

Experience in cross-functional and distributed team environments.
