We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Lead Generation/Presales executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive substantial business growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients across the regions (APAC /EMEAL).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify new markets, create leads and create a pipeline.
  • Should have presales experience in BPO is preferable.
  • Should be able to scan the markets for need, identify clients, decision makers.
  • Create pipeline along with contacts.
  • Set up an exploratory meeting and then hand it to the BD / Salesperson.
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives and working on the proposals.
  • Take feedback and do active after-sales support.

 

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum 5-7 years working experience as a Presales/Lead generation executive in international sales process – preferably B2B sales and should have managed APAC & EMAL markets.
  • Proven sales track record (number of sales and businesses that have been won)
  • Experience in client support is a plus.
  • Experience in working with Senior Stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Proficiency in English as per international standards
  • Market knowledge – specifically about BPO business
  • Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Should be good at social media campaign – Generating enquiry from LinkedIn and from any other social media.
  • Should be able to scan the markets for need, identify clients, decision makers.
  • Create pipeline along with contacts.
