We are currently seeking a ERP Senior Analyst to join our team in HYDERABAD, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

ERP Senior Analyst - SAP BODS Engineer

Overall responsibilities include:

• Data Integration: Design, develop, and maintain data integration processes using SAP Landscape Transformation and SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using SAP BODS to ensure seamless data integration across various sources and targets
• Create and manage data transformation workflows to cleanse, standardize, and enrich data to support business processes
• Implement and maintain data quality checks and transformations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data
• Optimize ETL processes and workflows to enhance performance and efficiency. Should have strong knowledge on SCD 1 SCD2 and SCD3
• Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that meet business objectives
• Identify and resolve issues related to data integration and transformation processes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Adhere to best practices for data management and ETL processes, ensuring compliance with data governance policies

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related discipline with an information technology focus
• 4+ years of experience working in SAP Business Objects Data Services
• Proficiency in designing and developing ETL workflows, data transformation, and data cleansing using SAP BODS
• Strong SAP HANA and SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and querying
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data quality management
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve data integration issues
• Ability to work independently and as a team when required once requirements are provided and to work efficiently with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Must have excellent data analytical and interpretation skills
• Problem solving mindset and attention to detail
• Should be motivate and self-directed
• Excellent analytical and communication skills (oral and written)

Note:

• 1st Preferred location – Hyderabad, 2nd Preferred Location – Bengaluru, 3rd Preferred Location – Chennai, though currently Hybrid model.
• To be flexible work in Remote and work from office as directed by Organization leadership.
