Quality and Performance Analyst

Should be familiar with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, 20000 and should be familiar with CMMI at least till level3 and preferably level 4 and level5 and should have ISO, CMMI standards implementation experience in projects and auditing experience. 

Regular activities at NTT:

• Identify the new projects, Facilitate required NTT start up processes such as Kick off, Project creation, Project Planning etc (satisfying ISO, CMMI standards as per NTT process framework) to new PM and participate in reviewing the project plans, and getting the same approved and bring the project under internal audits purview and have regular internal audits conducted.
• Regularly connect with the project teams on deliverables/activities to understand the health of the project, highlight the risks involved, bring the non-green projects in appropriate forums.
• Collect the metrics ongoing basis and analyse the same, highlight the risks involved and have actions planned to address the corrective actions.
• Do compliance checks regular on weekly basis, monthly basis etc as required for different activities and assist in closing the compliance issues.
• Assist the teams for external audits and co-ordinate with project teams for external audits. Time to time also participate in internal audits of support functions as required
