SAP MM & MRP Controller

6) SAP – MM & MRP Controller :  Must have 5+ years of experience and hands on in following skills:
Ø Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP MM and MRP modules.
Ø Experience with at least one end-to-end (E2E) SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration project.
Ø Proficiency in S/4HANA specific functionalities, such as MRP Live and Fiori applications for procurement and inventory management.
Ø Deep understanding of master data elements and their impact across the logistics and finance modules.
Ø Knowledge of system integration concepts, IDocs, and interfaces with external systems.
Ø In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, and inventory best practices.
Ø Strong understanding of core MRP principles, planning strategies, and their business implications.
Ø Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or SAP Activate.
Must have worked on , hands on and experienced in following areas:   responsible accountale for managing all material-related processes, ensuring material availability for production, and configuring/optimizing procurement and planning functions within the SAP S/4HANA environment. This role combines functional expertise in Materials Management (MM) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) with specific knowledge of S/4HANA functionalities and Fiori applications.
• Master Data Management: Define, create, and maintain critical master data including Material Master (especially MRP, purchasing, and accounting views), Vendor Master, Bill of Materials (BOMs), purchasing info records, and source lists.
• Procurement and Purchasing: Configure and manage the entire Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), release strategies, outline agreements (contracts and scheduling agreements), and vendor performance.
• Inventory Management (IM): Oversee goods receipts (GR), goods issues (GI), stock transfers (intra/intercompany), physical inventory procedures, and stock movements, ensuring accurate inventory levels and valuation.
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Execute and monitor MRP runs (including MRP Live in S/4HANA), analyze planning results (using the Stock/Requirements List, Fiori apps), define lot-sizing procedures, implement consumption-based planning (CBP), and proactively handle material shortages and exceptions.
• System Configuration and Implementation: Perform detailed analysis of business requirements, design and configure SAP MM and MRP modules in S/4HANA, identify gaps, and propose solutions or workarounds.
• Integration and Support: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD), Finance & Controlling (FI/CO), Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), and Quality Management (QM).
• Testing and Documentation: Conduct system testing (unit and integration), support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects), and create user training materials and documentation.
• S/4HANA Specifics: Utilize S/4HANA features and Fiori apps for enhanced user experience and real-time data analysis in procurement and planning activities.
