SAP OTC Consultant

.Application support and Business Process ManagementTroubleshoot and resolve incidents related to order-to-cash (OTC) processes.Analyse root causes and implement permanent fixes to reduce recurring issues.Monitor IDocs, batch jobs, pricing errors, and interface failures.Support end-to-end SD processes:
Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, Credit Management, Returns, Rebates.Work closely with business users to understand operational challenges and propose solutions.Document functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and integrations.Prepare test scenarios and perform unit, integration, and UAT testing.Maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials.Support release management and transport movement.Coordinate with FI, MM, PP, WM, and CRM teams for integrated processes.Work with technical teams for interface support (EDI, IDoc, API, middleware).2. Configuration & EnhancementsPerform configuration in ECC and S/4HANA SD areas such as:Pricing (condition types, access sequences, pricing procedures)Output determinationCredit managementDelivery & billing configurationCopy controlsPartner determinationSupport custom developments (WRICEF objects) by working with ABAP teams.3. S/4HANA Transition & SupportSupport migration activities from ECC to S/4HANA (brownfield/greenfield).Validate data migration objects (customers, materials, pricing, open orders).Adapt to S/4HANA innovations such as:Business Partner conceptAdvanced ATPFiori apps for SDSimplified data model
