SAP SD/TPM/TPE JD:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The SAP SD/TPM Consultant is responsible for Implement, configure, and support SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Trade Promotion Effectiveness (TPE) solutions
- Responsible for understanding an organization's business requirements, prepare as-is to be, Configuration changes, Data conversion process, training end users and sorting out the end user day-to-day queries.
- Design and optimize promotion planning, budgeting, accruals, funds management, claims, and settlement
- Configure and support SD processes: order-to-cash, pricing conditions, rebates, condition contracts, and deductions handling.
- Integrate TPM with SAP CRM, ECC/S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, BI/BW, and SAC (Analytics Cloud).
- Develop and deliver trade promotion effectiveness (TPE) analytics, including ROI measurement, post-event analysis, and predictive insights.
- Document functional specification, design specification and Development request.
- Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
- Participation of upgrade activities.
- Participation of Hyper care as a part of budgeting.
- Master Data Governess (MDG ) support .
- Appropriately communicates project status, Escalate Issues, and Manage timelines and action items.
Technical and Professional Expertise:
- At least 10 of years of experience in various roles in the planning, design, and deployment of SAP TPM/SD solutions.
- Experience in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) (Agreements, Accruals, Claims, Settlements, Broker commissions)
- Extensive Experience in all TPM/SD aspects, including Defining & Assigning Enterprise structure, Master data, sales order processing, Deliveries, Billing, Invoicing, Credit & Debit Memos, Pricing, Partner Determination, Output Determination, EDI & IDOC's, Vistex.
- Experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) in both ECC and CFIN.
- Experience in BPC.
- Experience in working with interfaces and integration with 3rd party systems.
- Experience working on an SAP Finance Consultant with at least three end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Excellent communication skills
- The SAP job requires a bachelor's degree in science, professional degree in engineering (computer/telecommunication), computer science/information technology or equivalent
General requirements
- L2 Support, person should be able
- to take KT as needed as per the defined process, provide steady state support as per KPIs/SLAs.
- Document support process, standard operational procedures, support reference manuals.
- To be able to work 12x5 model (1.30 pm to 11.30 pm IST / 4.30 PM IST to 2.30 am IST) on working days, week-end / Holiday / Non-business hrs on-call for Hi-Sev/Hi-Pri tickets – Demonstrate. Positive work attitude & communication in work co-ordination & meetings, status reporting. Be flexible to stretch for any critical business needs.
- Support disaster recovery, BCP as needed
- Should have strong experience in support engagements, using the ITSM/ Ticket management tools with fair understanding of Ticket life cycle both, on incidents/user requests, response/recovery SLAS/escalation procedures.
- Perform Root cause analysis on repeated support issues and provide continuous improvements. Automate any manual processes, procedural user requests etc.,
- To be able to independently work and at the same time, be a good team player to collaborate with stake holders both internal and external as necessary.
- To be ready and flexible to cross trained on the job any interfacing apps, additional skills, any additional tools to provide improved service to customer.
Escalate issues to the Lead/PM/DM in a timely manner and be associated for issue resolution.
Note:
- 1st Preferred location – Hyderabad, 2nd Preferred Location – Bengaluru, 3rd Preferred Location – Chennai, though currently Hybrid model.
- To be flexible work in Remote and work from office as directed by Organization leadership.
