We are currently seeking a Delinea Administrator - Remote to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).

 

Delinea Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Delinea Administrator to support, manage, and optimize Delinea Secret Server environments across multiple clients. This role combines hands‑on administration, troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvement to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant privileged access management operations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Delinea products, strong scripting and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to guide both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

 

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

1. Expertise & Consultation

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Delinea‑related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Provide expert guidance on configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing management of Delinea products.
  • Leverage prior experience with account discovery scripting, password policies, and privileged access workflows.
  • Partner with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored, secure solutions.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Delinea’s product suite, including new features, updates, and best practices.

2. Administration, Support & Management

  • Support production issues, deployments, and day‑to‑day operations of Delinea Secret Server.
  • Ensure all configurations, policies, and customizations align with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Create and manage policies, policy templates, and password management rules (including complexity requirements).
  • Monitor system performance, security posture, and operational health of Delinea installations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Delinea environments.

3. Training & Documentation

  • Develop and deliver training sessions, user guides, and reference materials for clients and internal teams.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and usage of Delinea solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.

4. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance performance, security, and operational efficiency of Delinea solutions.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements and feature enhancements.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of internal standards, processes, and governance models.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT security with a focus on Delinea products.
  • Extensive hands‑on experience with Delinea Secret Server.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices, privileged access management, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience delivering training and documentation.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Delinea Administrator) are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

 

Pay Transparency

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $105,094-$162,250. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. 

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, lifeand AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
