We are currently seeking a Delivery/Staff Aug Analyst to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of $25 to $30 million in PPSP (Preferred Partner Sourcing Program) business with minimal oversight
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships to expand PPSP business and protect baseline
  • Enhance NTT DATA wallet shares by fulfilling more positions and meeting client expectations
  • Collaborate with internal practices and delivery arms to align with their targets set for client and gain their support to scale up PPSP business
  • Lead the delivery of PPSP services to the client with the support of the offshore PPSP delivery manager
  • Conduct relevant QBRs and ensure compliance with agreed KPIs, reports, and terms with client
  • Analyze past fulfillment trends to identify successful areas for NTT DATA (SDGs)
  • Manage the program end-to-end with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain the Requirement Log tracker in alignment with NTT DATA WF AP.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to finalize technological requirement details.
  • Align with practices for incoming requirements and create resource requests.
  • Strategize, coordinate, and provide leadership to the fulfillment teams aligned to the accounts.
  • Screen candidates in collaboration with practices.
  • Work with the client to screen selected candidates and seek feedback appropriately.
  • Assist with necessary and ad hoc reporting for the PPSP program.
  • Identify opportunities to convert PPSP staff requisitions to managed PODS and services once a specific group/team reaches a threshold.
  • Partner with Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition teams to build a pipeline of candidates for future requirements in alignment with practice teams based on prior fulfilled demand.
  • Build Executive PPTs, Dashboards and Analytics that would help leaders make business decisions)

Qualifications:

  • 5 progressive years of experience working in a staff augmentation model fulfilling talent needs with large size clients with multiple locations.
  • Proven experience in establishing staff augmentation programs and growing the portfolio QoQ.
  • Demonstrated expertise in client management, delivery management, and business growth.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations to build relationships with key decision-makers and establish regular cadence to scale up revenue.
  • Experience working in global and multi-tower organizations.
  • The ability to create value-added engagement models that benefit both clients and the company.
  • Strong knowledge of core, transformation, and innovative technical and business skills that meet client requirements.
