Job Description – Agentic AI Solutions Architect 

Day to Day job Duties: 

As an AI Solutions Architect, You will design and build agentic AI systems across multiple Industries

You will combine GenAI, ML, and systems engineering to create production ready AI agents that interact with machines, data streams, and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic Architecture & Orchestration

• Design and implement multi-agent AI systems that coordinate specialized agents, tools, and enterprise workflows.
• Develop agent orchestration frameworks, including planning, reasoning, memory management, task decomposition, and autonomous decision-making capabilities.
• Define architectural patterns for agent governance, observability, evaluation, and safety controls in enterprise environments.

• Define enterprise architecture standards, reference implementations, and best practices for Agentic AI, GenAI, Knowledge Graphs, and retrieval systems.

Knowledge Graphs & Advanced Retrieval

• Design and implement Knowledge Graph and Graph RAG architectures to improve reasoning, contextual understanding, and retrieval accuracy.
• Build and maintain enterprise knowledge models using ontologies, semantic relationships, metadata, and graph databases.
• Develop advanced retrieval pipelines combining vector search, hybrid search, graph traversal, and semantic retrieval techniques.

Agent Evaluation & Operations

• Establish frameworks for measuring agent performance, reasoning quality, task completion accuracy, and retrieval effectiveness.
• Build evaluation pipelines for agentic systems, including hallucination detection, grounding validation, and response quality metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ Years of Strong experience in Python-based AI systems 
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production environments.
• 3+ years architecting and deploying enterprise-scale agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as CrewAI, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Strands, or equivalent orchestration platforms
• Experience designing and implementing multi-agent architectures, agent workflows, tool-calling systems, planning/reasoning agents, and agent orchestration patterns
• Experience with Knowledge Graphs, semantic data models, and retrieval architecture, including technologies such as Neo4j, AWS Neptune, RDF, SPARQL, vector databases, graph-based RAG, or similar enterprise knowledge systems
• Strong understanding of advanced retrieval techniques including Graph RAG, hybrid search, knowledge-grounded AI systems, embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval strategies
• Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent work experience

Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• • Experience building production grade AI systems (not just prototypes)
  • Ability to explain AI decisions to non-technical stakeholders

• Multiple Industry Domains experience
• AWS, GCP, or NVIDIA AI stack experience
• Knowledge of model governance and explainability

Architecture et orchestration agentiques

• Développer des cadres d’orchestration d’agents, notamment pour la planification, le raisonnement, la gestion de la mémoire, la décomposition des tâches et la prise de décision autonome.
• Définir des modèles d’architecture pour la gouvernance, l’observabilité, l’évaluation et les contrôles de sécurité des agents en environnement d’entreprise.
• Définir les normes d’architecture d’entreprise, les implémentations de référence et les pratiques exemplaires pour l’IA agentique, l’IA générative, les graphes de connaissances et les systèmes de récupération.

Graphes de connaissances et récupération avancée

• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des architectures de graphes de connaissances et de Graph RAG afin d’améliorer le raisonnement, la compréhension contextuelle et la précision de la récupération.
• Bâtir et maintenir des modèles de connaissances d’entreprise à l’aide d’ontologies, de relations sémantiques, de métadonnées et de bases de données orientées graphe.
• Développer des pipelines de récupération avancés combinant la recherche vectorielle, la recherche hybride, le parcours de graphe et les techniques de récupération sémantique.

Évaluation et exploitation des agents

• Établir des cadres pour mesurer la performance des agents, la qualité du raisonnement, l’exactitude de l’exécution des tâches et l’efficacité de la récupération.
• Bâtir des pipelines d’évaluation pour les systèmes agentiques, incluant la détection des hallucinations, la validation de l’ancrage et des indicateurs de qualité des réponses.

Exigences de base

• 8 ans et plus d’expérience solide en systèmes d’IA basés sur Python
• Expérience démontrée dans la conception et le déploiement de systèmes d’IA agentique en environnement de production
• 3 ans et plus d’expérience en architecture et en déploiement de solutions d’IA agentique à l’échelle de l’entreprise à l’aide de cadres tels que CrewAI, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Strands ou d’autres plateformes d’orchestration équivalentes

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $149,445 USD / 146,490 CAD - 345, 938 USD / 244,150 CAD . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US/ Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
