NTT DATA Supply Chain Consulting practice is currently looking for a Supply Chain Consultant - Anaplan remote (+ client visits) for our growing team in Finland.

As a Supply Chain Consultant - Anaplan, you will help improve cost efficiency and service levels for our clients through successful Anaplan implementation projects, thus increasing their Supply Chain’s contribution to added shareholder value and overall business effectiveness.

Why the Role Is Important:
NTT DATA’s planning consultants work closely with clients on initiatives to balance demand and supply by helping them design their demand and supply planning processes, overlay enabling technology, and ultimately, implement these processes and planning tools.
Once You Are Here, You Will:
- Be responsible for Anaplan model building for Supply Chain use cases (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory & capacity), translating complex business logic and spreadsheets into scalable, low-sparsity models using Anaplan best practices.
- Design and maintain Anaplan models while driving model performance optimization and documentation.
- Set up and operate life-cycle management pipelines, versioning, and quality assurance, helping with managing releases from development to deployment with clear governance.
- Implement and support security and governance to meet client controls requirements.
- Support integrations (ingest/exports, automations) using Anaplan native capabilities (Cloudworks, ADO, Anaplan Connect, ETL, etc.).
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and user story development; support design workshops, build acceptance criteria, and enable end-user adoption and training.
- Proactively ideate new solutions and accelerators, identify process improvements, and mentor junior model builders.
- Potentially in the future you’ll work on other Supply Chain technology implementations and Supply Chain improvement projects
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in industrial engineering, information systems, supply chain management, science, technology, math, business, economics, or related major.
- Anaplan Model Builder (Level 2) and The Anaplan Way training completed. Certified Model Builder preferred.
- 2–3+ years of hands-on Anaplan build experience with at least one ground-up implementation and more than one enhancement; supply-chain planning exposure (Demand/Supply/S&OP or IBP) is preferred.
- Demonstrated command of Anaplan methodology and best practices (DISCO/PLANS).
- Practical experience with Anaplan application life-cycle management (ALM), user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Integration skills across Anaplan capabilities (CloudWorks, Anaplan Connect / REST). Skills with other scripting tools (e.g. SQL, Python) are a plus.
- English fluency; Finnish or Swedish beneficial.
- Ability to work remotely (Finland) and travel to client sites in-country/EMEA as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Domain depth in one or more: statistical forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OE/S&OP, inventory optimization, production planning
- Consulting experience
