We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Heredia, Heredia (CR-H), Costa Rica (CR).

Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Project Manager to lead critical system implementation projects across our Latin American markets. This strategic role requires an expert coordinator who can seamlessly align engineering or business objectives with modern ERP frameworks. You will operate within the EST time zone to synchronize regional execution, manage cross-border stakeholders, and ensure successful on-site deployments.

Job Duties

• Drive end-to-end, large-scale core system and ERP implementation projects from initiation through deployment.
• Minimal travel to international sites (including Mexico and Chile) to oversee critical system go-live phases.
• Serve as the bilingual liaison between English- and Spanish-speaking technical teams, regional leadership, and external partners.
• Apply structured project management frameworks to control scope, manage critical paths, and mitigate deployment risks.
• Act as the primary regional point of contact, managing delivery and reporting structures for offshore technical resources.
• Translate complex technical system requirements into actionable business milestones for cross-functional leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of dedicated project management experience leading complex initiatives.
• 7+ years experience managing full-lifecycle enterprise system implementations.
• Solid foundational understanding of ERP concepts, data flows, and business process mapping.
• Complete professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Must work hours aligned with EST time zone (ideally based in Costa Rica, Mexico, or Chile).
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally to Mexico and Chile for minimal on-site go-live events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Qualification

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile (PMI-ACP), or Scrum Master (CSM) credentials.
• Prior experience managing delivery metrics and reporting structures for offshore development teams.
