NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Capture Executive to join our team in Herndon, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).



NTTDATA Federal Services is currently seeking a Capture Executive who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and winning new business within the Sales organization. The Capture Executive is accountable for new business capture management, market analysis, competitive analysis, strategy development, managing strategy execution, and monitoring capture maturity progress against organizational goals. This individual will be report to the Vice President of Sales and responsible for partnering with Sales Executives and engaging multi-functional teams. 


Specific responsibilities:

• Develops strategies within the DoD, Intelligence, and Federal markets and implementing specific opportunity pursuit strategies, including teaming, solution (technical, management, and cost) development, pre-proposal staffing/development, etc.
• Leads the development, implementation, and successful execution of winning capture strategies -- keeping the opportunity qualified.
• Maintains ongoing communication with management to report status and facilitate sound business decisions.
• Fully accountable for all the activities related to the assigned capture opportunity through contract award. The position requires a high level of engagement with close partnerships across the NTT Data matrixed organization to include internal affiliates. The successful Capture Executive is able to influence, motivate and drive results in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrates agile decision making, strategic thinking and ability drive the team to positive results.
• Possesses demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in stressful business situations.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently as well as within and as the lead of a high performance team; a highly motivated self-starter.

• Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.


Required Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in business, marketing, engineering or technical discipline highly preferred or equivalency.
•10+ years strategic planning and management experience and demonstrated capture management experience.

•15+ years of relevant experience.


Desired Qualifications:

•10+ years of direct experience with the DoD, IC and Federal agencies operating in multiple markets.
