We are currently seeking a Delivery Senior Director to join our team in Herndon, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Summary: 

Oversees a team that delivers contracted IT services to clients. Leads the development and implementation of delivery strategies of various IT solutions to clients. Accountable for ensuring quality, timing and financial delivery objectives are met by team. Identifies opportunities for account growth and innovation. Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid client impact and facilitate continuous improvement. Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the client experience. Develops and maintains strong relationships with client’s leadership team.

Job Duties: 

• Provides direction and guidance for operations, administration and results for a major department or
  multiple departments within a function or work area.
• Establishes operational objectives for managers and/or teams of professionals across assigned areas.
• Responsible for managing the largest groups of team members, which also include lower-level leaders.
• Responsible for largest accounts that are the most complex from a client and product integration perspective.
• Accounts are of highest dollar values and strategic importance.
• Responsible for delivery and client satisfaction on all engagements and clients.
• Serves as highest point for escalation issues.
• Viewed as an expert in delivery management best practices.
• Serves as technical authority within NTT DATA and with clients.
• Manages multiple programs and the coordination and direction of the largest thirdparty partner relationships.
• Mentors and develops other Delivery Management leaders.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience. 
• Minimum 7 years of managerial/leadership experience. 
• Undergraduate degree/Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
