We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator/Training Coordinator- Top Secret Clearance to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama (US-AL), United States (US).

Job Summary:

NTT DATA is seeking a Training Coordinator to support a Federal client's Acquisition Career Management operations team.

Job Duties:

• Provide day‑to‑day program management support for Aquisition Career Management (ACM) operations, including facilitating ACM tag‑up meetings, planning sessions, and related coordination activities.

• Provide high‑quality customer service by responding to inquiries received through the ACM email account; deliver timely and accurate guidance regarding Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC) programs, including FAC‑C, FAC‑P/PM, and FAC‑COR.

• Assist in monitoring and documenting continuous learning (CL) compliance for all FAC programs to ensure workforce adherence to Federal and client training requirements.

• Maintain the ACM SharePoint site, ensuring all content remains current, accurate, and aligned with program standards.

• Maintain official client repositories for all FAC programs, ensuring proper organization, version control, and compliance with client documentation practices.

• Support ACM data calls by collecting, analyzing, and validating data related to training, certifications, and Program Management Review (PMR) requirements across client divisions.

• Gather, verify, and analyze program data to support leadership decision‑making; prepare metrics, performance indicators, and status reports as required.

• Run weekly program reports and conduct data validation to ensure reporting integrity and accuracy.

• Conduct monthly and quarterly audits of ACM tools and repositories to verify compliance, identify discrepancies, and implement required updates across all FAC programs.

• Monitor Interest Sign‑Up submissions and the Power BI application for FAC certifications; assist with COR Advancement Program(CAP) program.

• Update and maintain the ACM tracker to ensure real‑time visibility of program status, actions, and workforce certification progress.

• Utilize MS PowerPoint to develop executive-level briefings

• Facilitate and coordinate stakeholder engagement

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree, may be substituted by three additional years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating support for a program with similar scope.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Strong communication skills

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $87,720 - $131,580. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
