We are currently seeking a Automation Lead to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) 

• Create test automation framework. Help install and setup testing tools
• Review test script developed by test engineers , assessing test quality
• Create testing-related documentation, including test plans, automated test scripts and bug reports assessing quality and associated risk 
• Planning Automation test script execution, filing defects, verifying defect fixes
• Participate actively in functional, system, integration and regression testing activities within project timelines
• Leading a team in offshore to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate team members.

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

• 8+ years’ experience with SFDC and CPQ application product suite automation
• 3+ years’ experience in leading test automation teams
• Experience with Automation coding and testing Tricentis Tosca
• Experience leading an team of 10+ test engineers
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.

Travel:  This position requires someone who can travel at least 80%.  Preferred location is Hyderabad

Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have; (But not a must)

• Project lead experience
