We are currently seeking a Business Consulting - Pega System Architect to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Position Summary

The Systems Architect (Pega PRPC) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade business process management (BPM) and customer engagement solutions using the Pega Platform (PRPC). The role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, configuring workflows, integrating external systems, and ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Platform).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Configure case management, workflows, business rules, decisioning, and user interfaces within Pega.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and application assets.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems through REST, SOAP, MQ, JDBC, and other integration methods.
• Perform application debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Support deployment, migration, and upgrade activities across environments.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and development standards.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
